MADAD 2.13

Consular Services Management System (MADAD) has been established for Indian Citizens to log and track grievances related to the consular services provided by Indian Embassies abroad.

In an effort to enhance accessibility, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has introduced the MADAD Mobile Application for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.

Grievances encompassing a range of issues such as compensation, court cases, domestic help, imprisonment abroad, transportation of mortal remains, repatriation, salary dues, marital disputes, birth certificates, NORI certificates, asylum cases, worker abuse, recruiting agent issues, contract problems, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and sponsor problems can be submitted through the system.

Please note that matters concerning visa and passport issues, emergency travel documents, and document attestation are not handled through the MADAD system.
